Pretty interesting - I wish someone would just get a good clear shot finally.

That would be nice, except in that situation a "good clear shot" would be next to impossible to obtain due to things like shaky hands and having to grab the camera and get it on point in a hurry lest you lose the shot entirely. The best chance for a conclusive shot would be from a time lapse camera or a game camera.

Fascinating (I was going to say interesting but Marie took it lol). I wouldn't be surprised if it was true, who knows what's in our seas.

That's very true. We have spent trillions exploring outer space when we've still yet to explore over 90% of our seas. If anything unknown is out there, the sea would be the PERFECT hiding place.

But most of these sea creatures they are looking for are in lakes and they have used all forms of technology that makes sense to look for them, and have found nothing...

Of course when it comes to the ocean who knows just whats out there, its possible.

I'm personally not convinced they HAVEN'T found something. I think we've been in touch with ET's for a loooong time. They'll tell us when they want to, not before. This could be the same.

If there's one thing about science that's consistent it's the fact that academics are really slow to admit when they're wrong about something. Twisting the facts to continue to justify their grants, labs, and easy lives is more to their benefit. That's why these things are NEVER conclusive: If they say "Yes, Nessie/Bigfoot/Champ/Megalodon/wtfever exists." or "No, these creatures do not exist." then it's OVER, and so is their free ride. Who's going to toss away millions to ride in a boat on a lake looking for a dinosaur or whatever and do real work?

After reading these posts, I have a question.  Someone gets a clear shot of a lake monster and it's the real thing.  How many people will think ikt's just because it's a " clear shot"?

there's a whole subculture devoted to these types of stories ....

lots of circumstantial evidence for the distinct possibility of creatures yet unknown to science , but no conclusive proof as of yet .

lots of naysayers and 'use your common sense' type folke too , who refuse to believe .

they all want a carcass or a 'clear' shot ?
but in a funny way .. , the clearer the pics that are taken , it makes it easier to say that they're hoaxed ????

due to the ways to manipulate images/video with today's technology .
