Decent low budget slasher from Troma. Lloyd Kaufman's brother, Charles, directed it (as well as Ferocious Female Freedom Fighters and When Nature Calls from Troma).

Pretty weird, twisted flick. A group of women get kidnapped in the woods by a couple of idiot, weirdo brothers are then rape and torture the women to impress their mother. Worth at least one viewing, I think. Pretty fun ending too.

It's a shame Troma didn't continue making movies like these.

I hate bad movies....and I tried to watch this one. I really tried. I think I shut it off after 20 minutes. I couldn't take it anymore.

Hahahahaha Kat.
I have a huge collection of Troma films here and weirdly enough, Mothers Day is actually almost to good to be a real Troma movie.

Very well-done of its kind. The difference is, we first get to know the lead girls and care about them, so when they meet their fate it strikes us harder. MOTHER'S DAY is a repulsive film that works because it makes us so uncomfortable while caring for its victims. I saw this at the theater on a date in 1980!
